Meaning if your size is 3-5 in U.S. Jrs simply order an XSmall
xsmall = 0-1 Women’s size 2
small = 3-5 Women’s size 4
medium 7-9 Women’s size 8
large 11-13 Women’s size 10-12
xlarge 15-17 Women’s size 14-16
